This Directorate is an extension of the Office of the Director-General and is responsible for the day-to-day efficient management and improvement of the Ministry’s operations. The Directorate efficiently coordinates the work of and supervises the operations of the following units (accounts, human resources, consular, procurement and stores management, Information Communication and Technology (ICT), Estate and Records Management). The Directorate ensures that there are standard operating procedures and acceptable best practices that define the Ministry’s operations; and to initiate reviews whenever necessary or desirable.
