The Protocol Division represents the face of the Ministry to the outside. This division schedule official meetings and programmes in favor of the Hon. Minister/Deputy Minister/the Director General as well as programs in favour of the respective divisions. It facilitates representation by the Diplomatic and Consular Corps, including international organizations at various state or official functions. It also coordinates state or official functions (independence anniversary celebrations/National Awards /state or official visits/state opening of parliament/conference/Any event of prime significance). It provides critical support to official functions at State House. This directorate facilitates the accreditation process of our Ambassadors/High Commissions abroad.
